Depaz Cuvée Prestige XO is an outstanding agricole rum produced at the foot of Mount Pelée in Martinique. Crafted from a blend of carefully selected aged agricole rums matured in oak casks, it beautifully expresses the volcanic terroir that defines the Depaz style. Aged for at least nine years, it delivers remarkable elegance, balance and aromatic depth.
The nose reveals toasted dried fruits, vanilla, rose jam and cigar box aromas. The palate is rich and rounded with flavours of hazelnut, sweet spices, ripe fruit and beautifully integrated oak. The finish is long, warming and refined with lingering spice and wood. It is an exceptional sipping rum for lovers of mature agricole expressions.
