Père Labat 707 Brut de Colonne 70cl 70.7°
Reference: 24878
This Père Labat 707 rum comes from a 72-hour fermentation, then was distilled in a copper Creole column to be then directly bottled.
This Père Labat 707 rum is produced using traditional distillation techniques perfected by Père Labat himself in the Antilles in the 17th century.
Cultivated and harvested by hand, the sugar cane is then fermented for 72 hours, hence the great aromatic richness of this agricultural rum, which is then distilled in a copper Creole column at the exit of which it is directly bottled - this is what we call a column crude.
The master distiller, Sullivan Delor, has signed each of the 3,500 bottles of this limited edition, and recommends tasting it frosted in order to appreciate the 70.7 ° and its beautiful notes of sugar cane.
