Mella's fudges are made by hand in a small kitchen near Clonakility in County Cork on the south coast of Ireland.

Mella started making fudges with her mother in the 80s. They multiplied the recipes before coming across THE recipe still used today.

The fudges are made from the best local butter and are characterized by their slightly crumbly and grainy texture. Handmade, they are cut by hand and their surface is not smooth.

Mella has developed a range with gourmet and typically Irish flavours: vanilla, salted caramel, whiskey cream, etc.

Fudge is THE comforting candy to enjoy at tea time.
