Berkeley London Light 70cl 30°

A light London Gin Berkeley made from eight aromatic botanicals: basil leaves, kaffir lime, sage, juniper, lavender, coriander, cubeb berries (spice native to South East Asia of the family as pepper) and angelica.

Distilled in a copper still, the master distiller wanted to change the way gin was consumed by creating a gin that was sweet enough to be tasted neat.
