Gin Mare is a gin elaborated with the traditional techniques of the Mediterranean, with a delicate maceration and an independent distillation, which allows each plant to express its own character. The aromas in this gin come from Spanish olive oil, Greek rosemary, Italian basil, Turkish thyme, orange and lemon from Spain and coriander, juniper berry and green cardamom.
Each bottle of Gin Mare is made in the distillery, a 13th century hermitage, located in an old fishing village between the Costa Brava and the Costa Dorada.
Each bottle of Gin Mare is unique. The acidity levels of the star ingredient, the Arbequina olive, are different each season, which allows each distillation to become an irreplaceable culinary work of art.
