Nose: juniper and pine needles, followed by fresh citrus notes of bitter orange, lime and grapefruit. It develops a complex floral note of rose and clove with crushed green herbs, coriander and redcurrant, all supported by a blend of spices. The kelp brings a dry maritime note.
Palate: refreshing with a good balance between the bitterness of juniper and pine and the fruity flavours of citrus. A green grassy flavour from crushed cilantro develops.
Finish: long, while the juniper and citrus disappear, the vanilla and black pepper remain with a gentle reminder of the sea.
