Gin London Hill 70cl 40°

London Hill is a gin that appeared in 1785 and is made according to the tradition of so-called "dry" gin, i.e. unsweetened, with a double distillation and flavoured with a mixture of herbs and spices.

If the recipe includes the traditional juniper berries, orange peel and lemon, the precise composition of this gin remains secret. There are also coriander seeds, angelica roots and exotic spices such as orris root, cinnamon bark and maniguette (seeds of paradise).
