This Ninkasi gin is an organic gin with cereals and hops flower Saaz that brings an original and elegant touch to the gin.

After a first distillation, the Saaz hop flower and all the ingredients are slowly infused: juniper berry, lemon and fresh orange peel, cardamom, coriander and fenoui seeds and local plum.

Ninkasi gin can be enjoyed alone or as a cocktail.

After the success of the Lyonnaise breweries of the same name, Ninkasi launched into the making of whisky in 2015 following its establishment in 2012 in Tarare (Rhône, France). In addition to beers, Ninkasi now produces its own, whiskies, vodka (based on organic wheat), brandies and sodas.

Ingredients: Tarare spring water, wheat alcohol from organic farming, Hops Saaz (CZ), plum, fennel, lemon, orange, cardamom, coriander seeds, juniper berries from organic farming.

Nose: fresh and fruity, marked by citrus (lemon and orange), hops Saaz and raised by juniper berries.

Taste: Sweet and fresh, with notes of grapefruit and bitter orange.

Finish: long, it leaves flavours of citrus jam in the mouth.
