The Coquerel estate, located in Normandy in France, usually produces Calvados, cider or pommel.

With this gin, the master distiller wanted to combine Norman heritage and innovation by producing a gin distilled in a small traditional column of Calvados heated with bare fire.

The result is a refreshing, fruity and light expression, accentuated on the apple and botanical plants essential to gin. There are 15 carefully selected and dosed ingredients, 8 of which are unveiled: apple, orange, cinnamon, juniper, lily, clove, ginger, coriander.
