The Canaïma gin is produced by the DUSA distillery in Venezuela, which also produces the famous Diplomatico rum.

To make this gin, the master distiller went to the Amazon to find special flavours and aromas. It is with the local communities, in the heart of the Amazon forest, that he carefully selected the 10 exotic ingredients with 8 traditional gin plants and a local fruit that make up this gin.

The result is an expression with a complex aromatic profile, fruity, floral and herbaceous, with exotic citrus notes with a gentle freshness in the mouth.
