The Bielle Grey Sugar Cane cuvée is an eau-de-vie made from pure single-variety sugar cane : grey cane.

Originally from the island of Barbados, its slow and rigorous growth allows it to resist drought. Grey Cane is therefore particularly well suited to the island of Marie Galante where the Bielle distillery is located.

This white rum produced from Grey Cane is quite unique with its fruity and gourmet profile.
