Nose: rainwater, lime that turns to lemon juice in the fridge, fresh cane and pastry. In short, a zesty lemon meringue pie in the rain.

Palate: A gourmet and oily attack with slivered almonds, mascarpone, egg cream, cinnamon galore, iodine and a touch of citrus.

Finish: Drier, but the retro-olfaction is still oily and spicy. We find the meringue and lime zest.
