This Single Malt is the first in a series planned each spring. Huntress is inspired by the legend of Neachneohain, aka the Huntress, goddess of wild animals, nature and the moon.

This whisky stands out by the choice of yeasts used for the fermentation: 3 varieties including a yeast commonly used for rum which brings a layer of tropical fruits and minerality. It is aged in STR red wine barrels (Sanded, Toasted and Re-burnt) and ex-Bourbon oak barrels.
