Nose: sweet notes of cinnamon and cooked plums mingle with a hint of orange zest.

Palate: toasted malt and oak then gourmet and fruity flavors of ripe apple and fruit cake with a spicy hint.

Finish: medium, marked by dried ginger and a touch of anise.
