Crafted by hand in the boutique Dingle Distillery on Ireland’s rugged Atlantic coast, this Single Malt is a flagship of Irish whiskey revival. Bottled at 46.3% and non-chill filtered, it combines authenticity, balance, and complexity.

This expression is matured in a carefully composed blend of 61% Bourbon casks, 36% Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks, and 3% Madeira casks, resulting in a deep, multilayered profile. Expect aromas of honey, ripe orchard fruits, and gentle spices, evolving into dried figs, dark chocolate, and subtle toasted oak.

On the palate, it's creamy, smooth and expressive, with a lasting, slightly woody finish that lingers elegantly.
