The Dingle Distillery specializes in the production of Irish whiskey.

Located in Dingle, Ireland, it opened its doors in 2012. They produce Irish whiskey (with triple distillation), but also gin and vodka.

The first whiskeys were released in 2018.

Products from Dingle

Nose: intense and surprising. Aromas of soda ice cream, coconut, salted butter caramel, freshly baked cinnamon bagels.

Palate: rich and complex. Flaked almonds, candied ginger, dried raspberries, white chocolate, marzipan.

Finish: warm and comforting. Characteristic aromas brought by distillation in Pot Still both spicy and herbaceous.
