“Island Town” in Gaelic, the Hinch distillery offers a diverse range of whiskeys and real know-how.

In November 2020, the distillery opened its own premises near Belfast, close to the Scottish coast. This region has become a hub of exchange and know-how between the two nations who still compete for the invention of whiskey.

Traditional triple distillation is in the spotlight! It is so important that the stills have little nicknames corresponding to the mountains of the region where the distillery can get its water.

Nose: Creamy vanilla, caramel, honey and sweet spices.
Palate: Round and balanced, with vanilla, dried fruit, toasted oak and a hint of cinnamon.
