Method & Madness is a range of Irish whiskey that is constantly looking for new, unique and original tasting experiences.
For this expression, the research led to the Carpathian mountains in Hungary, where the richness of the volcanic soil gives rise to the oak Quercus Petraea.
It is therefore in virgin Hungarian oak barrels that this Single Pot Stille was matured for 11 months after maturing in Bourbon barrels.
The tasting is delicious on woody notes, lightly toasted with some spices characteristic of the Midleton distillery.
