Smith & Cross Navy 70cl 57°
Country : Jamaica / Reference: : 25067
This Smith & Cross rum was produced in the Jamaican distillery Hayman.
It's been made from two diametrically opposed types of rum: Wedderburn type rum, aged 6 years in oak barrels and qualified as "heavy rum", and Plummer type rum, aged between 18 months and 3 years, with a lighter profile.
Smith & Cross was bottled at 57° "navy strength", that is to say the maximum degree which was formerly authorized on English Navy boats.
