Dunoon Orkney Shaggy Sheep Mug 350ml
Orkney is a modern 350ml mug with straight edges, contemporary designs and a handle for a comfortable grip.
We have 3 models available:
- A Herdwick sheep, grey and bushy with spiral horns, is depicted from the front, while on the back, a ewe and her charming black lamb are illustrated.
- A cream-colored Suffolk ewe sports a beautiful black face and looks forward with her curious little lamb.
- A white Swaledale sheep, with curly horns, faces the lens, while at the back, a ewe stands proudly next to her charming two-tone lamb.
Dunoon's fine porcelain mugs are handmade in Staffordshire, England, and are produced to the highest quality standards, using traditional methods perfected over three family generations in the pottery industry.
The mug designs are Kate's brainchild.
Originally from Lancashire, Kate lived in London for 20 years. There she studied fashion and textiles at Middlesex University. Following a career in the fashion industry, she turned to illustration. Collaborating with Dunoon for two decades, she explores various themes and artistic styles to keep her work innovative and captivating.

In the beginning... The company takes its name from a small coastal town in Scotland. The first factory is created in 1973.

Fine Bone China was developed by English porcelain masters in the end of the eighteenth century. Clay is enriched with bone powder, which makes it exceptionally strong after firing. This porcelain is also remarkable for its whiteness and transparency.
