Papalin 7 Years Old 70cl 47°
This Papalin rum comes from a blend of three molasses rums aged for 7 years: 80% of Worthy Park, 10% of Hampden HCLF aged in ex-Bourbon cask and 10% and Hampden HCLF aged in ex-Sherry cask.
This blend is then double distilled in traditional "pot still" stills, also known as ironing stills, in order to harvest a distillate around 60° from which the distillate and its aromas are retained.
The blend of rum stands out for its softness and balance. Throughout the tasting, it shows an astonishing consistency on fruity, medicinal, vanilla, creamy and herbaceous notes.

These unique rums are produced in an artisanal way from local raw materials, aged on site to benefit from the tropical climate, all in direct collaboration with the distilleries. The labels present all the design information, and they are bottled cask strenght, without colouring or cold filtration.
