Aged for 3 years in Bourbon barrels, this bottling is emblematic of the distillery and reflects its essence.

During the tasting, we find aromas of brown sugar, flambéed banana and vanilla.

Colour: straw with tiled reflections.

Nose: notes of brown sugar and flambéed banana, enhanced with slightly lemony dark chocolate.

Palate: generous, pastry notes of crème brûlée and vanilla.

Finish: intense with crunchy notes of popcorn brought by the Bourbon barrels and some subtle tannins.
