Coloma Alegría is a Colombian aged rum that celebrates the historic connection between the Coloma house and the world of coffee. Made from molasses and column-distilled, it is aged for six years in bourbon casks before being finished in casks that previously held the estate’s organic mocha coffee liqueur. This final stage gives the rum its distinctive identity, combining traditional Colombian rum-making with Hacienda Coloma’s expertise in coffee.
