The A.O.C Martinique Saint James XO rum is an old agricultural rum made from pure cane juice.

It is the result of a blend of rums aged 6 to 10 years that have been aged in carefully selected small oak barrels.

This long ageing gave it woody and spicy notes. Pleasant in the mouth, rich in aromas, its finish is striking.
