Selected by the Dutch merchant Scheer and by the Italian house Vélier, this rum has completely aged in the tropical climate of Jamaica.
This MMW Wedderburn cuvée is the result of the assembly of 2 barrels distilled in 2008 and 10 barrels distilled in 2007. It is the result of an 11-year maturation in Jamaica in the cellars of the Monymusk distillery and displays a rate of high esters (315.6 g / Ho). Esters define the number of molecules, excluding alcohol and water, that make up rum, the higher the rate and the more aromatic the rum.
This rum invites us to explore an aromatic and taste palette that oscillates between exuberance, originality and classicism with aromas of oak, plum, salted butter caramel and exotic fruits.

These unique rums are produced in an artisanal way from local raw materials, aged on site to benefit from the tropical climate, all in direct collaboration with the distilleries. The labels present all the design information, and they are bottled cask strenght, without colouring or cold filtration.
