Beenleigh 5 Years Old 2015 70cl 59°

This Beenleigh 5 year old 2015 was produced by the Australian distillery of the same name, the oldest in the country still in operation. The sugar cane used to make this rum is crushed in Australia's last family mill.

This rum has gone through a very special distillation process, first in a column still, then in a copper pot still. It was then aged in first fill ex-Bourbon casks in an arid, desert climate. The result is a remarkably fresh rum, brilliant in its generosity and complexity.
