This rum, selected by the cellar master Marc Sassier, is the first of the "éphémères" series which pays tribute to the "grands crus" of the famous Saint James distillery: distilled in a Creole column, then aged for 19 years in American oak barrels, this cask strength paves the way for a range full of promise.
