Long Pond STCE White Habitation Velier is an exceptional Jamaican white rum produced at the legendary Long Pond Distillery in Trelawny. Part of the renowned Habitation Velier collection, this release highlights the extraordinary aromatic complexity of unaged Jamaican rum. Distilled exclusively in traditional double-retort pot stills, it is bottled at 62.5% ABV with minimal reduction, no added sugar, no colouring and no filtration to preserve its full intensity.

This expression carries the historic STCE (Simon Thompson Cambridge Estate) mark, representing a high-ester style ranging from 500 to 700 g/hl of pure alcohol. The nose bursts with ripe pineapple, flambéed banana, mango, lime zest, orange peel and fresh sugar cane, alongside green olives, brine, white pepper and delicate floral notes. The palate is bold, oily and intensely aromatic with tropical fruits, liquorice, spices, citrus zest and a vibrant mineral character. The finish is long, lively and persistent with tropical fruit, citrus and the unmistakable high-ester Jamaican profile.
