Caroni 1994 Paradise n°3 Cask 6132 70cl 52.8°
The Caroni 1994 Paradise n°3 Cask 6132 is an exceptional rum, distilled in 1994 at the legendary Caroni distillery in Trinidad and Tobago. After a 25-year tropical aging, it was transferred in 2019 to the Cognac region in France, where it rested in glass demijohns, a method inspired by the cognac "paradis" tradition. This unique process preserved its character while refining its aromas.
This rum presents a complex aromatic profile: notes of flambéed banana, caramel, prune, tar, and woody spices. Its palate is rich, with an oily texture and a long, persistent finish. Each sip offers an immersion into the history of rum, an invitation to discover a rare and precious liquid heritage.
With only 215 bottles available, the Caroni 1994 Paradise n°3 Cask 6132 is an essential collector's piece for enthusiasts of rare and high-quality rums.

Founded in 1918 in the heart of Trinidad and Tobago, the Caroni distillery has long been a flagship of local rum production. With its own sugar mill and supply of molasses, it developed an instantly recognizable style: dense, powerful rums with hints of molasses, spices, and sometimes tar or rubber, earning it a reputation as an inimitable “heavy rum.”
The distillery closed its doors in 2002, leaving behind limited stocks of barrels. These barrels, bought up and bottled in small quantities, have now become collector's items sought after by enthusiasts and aficionados around the world. Caroni is no more, but its legacy lives on through these rare bottles, where each sip tells a part of the history of Trinidad and Tobago and Caribbean rum.
Caroni 2000 Paradise #5: powerful, oily rum — tropical fruit, caramel, smoke — a myth to taste.
