Aged for 5 years in Bourbon casks, it develops an aromatic profile typical of the island, characterised by notes of vanilla, caramel and light wood, with a hint of spice.
On the palate, it stands out for its smoothness and balance, making it ideal for both sipping and mixing in cocktails.
