Made from the best honey from sugar cane, this intense golden rum is distilled 100% Batch Kettle and then aged in American white-oak barrels, which makes it both complex and balanced. It has notes of caramel, wood and red fruits.

The Batch Kettle was installed at the Diplomatico distillery in 1959. This semi-continuous distillation method, originally from Canada, is traditionally used for the production of American whiskeys.
