This Colman's sauce is made from real mint leaves.
The British use it in many dishes, mainly to accompany sheep. It is an ideal condiment for grilled lamb chops or a leg of lamb for example.
Tip for Indian Raita sauce: mix the mint sauce in yogurt and add cucumber pieces. This sauce usually accompanies rice and curry dishes.
