The recipe of this sweet and sour sauce with marinated vegetable has not changed since 1922. It contains a selection of delicious vegetables (carrots, onions, cauliflower, courgettes, onions and pickles), apples, dates and malt vinegar. This is the most famous pickle sauce in all England! Wonderful paired with cheese or cold meat, and traditionally accompanies the Ploughman's lunch in pubs.
