AnCnoc Peated Sherry is a whisky that blends tradition with character. Distilled at Knockdhu Distillery, it is made from peated malted barley and aged in American oak casks, before a final maturation in carefully selected ex-sherry casks.

This whisky offers a perfect balance between sweetness and intensity. On the nose, honey, citrus, and spices intertwine with delicate smoke. The palate reveals dried fruits, caramel, and vanilla, enhanced by light ashy smoke and woody spices. The finish is long and warming, with lingering peat, hints of chocolate, and gentle spice.

Bottled at 43%, non-chill filtered and naturally colored, this single malt is a fantastic introduction to peated whiskies with a rich sherry influence.
