Glasgow 1770 Triple Distilled is a Scottish Single Malt produced by The Glasgow Distillery Company. It belongs to the distillery’s Signature Range and stands out through a production method that remains relatively uncommon in Scotland: triple distillation in traditional copper stills.
Made from unpeated malted barley, this whisky uses soft Scottish water from Loch Katrine. Triple distillation creates a particularly delicate, light and silky spirit, allowing fresh fruit and floral characteristics to take centre stage.
Its maturation mainly uses Bourbon casks together with a small proportion of virgin American white oak casks. The different cask components are married together before bottling to create a harmonious and consistent profile.

Nose: The nose is delicate and bright, with soft vanilla, white chocolate and summer fruit. Apple, pear and peach gradually emerge alongside subtle floral notes.
Palate: The palate is smooth and silky. Vanilla combines with soft caramel, cream and honey, while orchard fruits provide freshness and vibrancy. A gentle almond note completes the profile.
Finish: The finish is long and delicate, led by honey and vanilla. Hints of anise, soft pepper and warming oak spice gradually emerge.
