Loch Lomond 12 ans Inchmurrin 70cl 46°
Loch Lomond Inchmurrin pays homage to the island of the same name which is the largest in the loch.
This whisky has aged 12 years in Bourbon casks of first and second filling, we find gourmet notes of oranges and sweet spices as well as fruity notes.
Inchmurrin is unfiltered and has been bottled at 46 °.
Founded in 1965 in an old dyeing facility, Loch Lomond took over the name of its predecessor located on the other side of the Loch, in Arrochar, and which closed in 1817. As the Loch Lomond distillery closed in 1984, it could only reopen in 1985 as the Bulloch family bought it back to deal with shortages in their Glen Catrine company.
The distillery has the specificity, unique to Scotland, to produce malt whisky and grain whisky on the same site.
