Color: brilliant golden color.

Nose: the first nose seduces with its sweet, gourmand fragrances. Delicate floral notes complete the initial pastry register. After aeration, seductive aromas of salted butter, caramel and confectionery emerge.

Palate: the attack is as frank as it is delicious. Notes of pastry and a spicy presence of gray pepper and pink berries.

Finish: astonishingly complex. A successful marriage of multiple flavors perfectly combined with ideal smoothness.
