This expression belongs to The Whiskymaker’s Editions, a collection that gives The Lakes greater freedom to explore different cask combinations and styles. Kairos therefore offers a distinctive interpretation of the distillery’s usual sherry led character.

Its maturation combines bourbon, Oloroso sherry and Damascus oak casks, bringing together richness, depth and elegant wood influence. The result highlights dried fruit, gentle spices, cocoa, polished oak and a pleasant touch of sweetness.
