Drumshanbo Single Pot Still 10 Year Old marks an important milestone for The Shed Distillery, representing the distillery’s first 10-year-old expression. Produced in County Leitrim using malted and unmalted Irish barley alongside Barra oats, it is triple distilled in copper pot stills. Its maturation combines Kentucky bourbon casks with acacia casks, whose influence brings an original dimension to this release. The oats contribute a notably creamy texture, while grain, fruit and spice create a generous yet balanced profile.
