Brand : Signatory Vintage / Country : Scotland / Reference: : 25245

This edition of the Benrinnes 25 years old is part of our INK #4 series selected by our experts and Signatory Vintage exclusively at Le Comptoir Irlandais.

Benrinnes is a confidential Speyside distillery, known to amateurs in particular for its partial triple distillation. Like a third of Scottish distilleries, Benrinnes belongs to the Diageo group. The majority of the volume leaving the distillery is used for the assembly of blends. A few independent bottlings come out of the distillery's cellars for Gordon & MacPhail, Signatory Vintage and Scotch Malt Whisky Society.

This cask strength whisky was distilled in 1996 and aged 25 years in Hogshead cask (reconstituted cask). This is a very fruity, pastry whisky with a smooth texture. Indulgence reaches its peak, the distillate expresses itself in all its complexity, balanced by a quality barrel.

Non chill-filtered, no colouring.
