Independent bottler in operation since 1895, Gordon & MacPhail is distinguished by his total mastery of maturation in the heart of Speyside in search of excellence in the art of aging whisky. Gordon & MacPhail is the only breeder-bottler to have his own carefully selected barrels filled directly in the distilleries.

Colour: copper.

Nose: rich and deep, impressive fruitiness: cherry, exotic fruits, dried fruits, citrus, mixed with warm spices.

Palate: ample, lively, notes of lemon and vanilla dominate with a caramelized touch. We find the fruity notes of the mouth, which draw more towards red fruits under the influence of ageing in Sherry casks.

Finish: long and subtle, deeper notes of cocoa and honey appear. The fruits persist with a woody undertone.
