Aberfeldy 15 Year Old Tuscan Cask is a limited edition that combines the smooth, honeyed character of Highland single malt with the elegance of Bolgheri red wine casks from Tuscany. After 15 years of maturation in Bourbon and Sherry casks, this whisky undergoes a 24-month finish in Italian red wine barrels, imparting rich aromas of dark cherries, juicy plums, dark chocolate, and vanilla, accented by a hint of nutmeg. Non-chill filtered and bottled at 46%, it offers an authentic and complex experience.

The Aberfeldy distillery is located in the southern part of the Highlands (Perthshire).
Aberfeldy was founded in 1898 by the Dewar family, and is located in the Highland region. The distillery uses water from Pitilie Burn which is famous for its alluvial gold deposits.
Aberfeldy proceeds to a long fermentation of 70 hours allowing a greater development of the aromas, in particular that of honey. In addition, the use of large copper stills with their specific heights and shapes gives the whiskey its delicate and elegant character.
The Aberfeldy whiskey is very firm and reveals ample notes of cereals and fruit. This is the most potent of the Central Highlands malts.
This malt has been aged in Ruby Port casks and expresses an impressive smoothness together with aromatic complexity.
