Distil Your World Paris is the fifth instalment in the collaboration between The Macallan and the Roca brothers. This limited edition pays tribute to Paris, celebrating its art de vivre, its gastronomy and its timeless elegance.

Created by Kirsteen Campbell, Master Whisky Maker, this single malt captures the iconic scents and flavours of the capital through a refined blend of sherry, bourbon and cognac casks. A contemporary and sensory interpretation that captures the unique essence of Paris in every drop.

Nose: elegant and indulgent, with notes of almond croissants, rose, nectarines in syrup, sandalwood and vanilla.
Appearance: a warm colour reminiscent of a Parisian sunrise.
Palate: rich and pastry-like, blending buttery brioche, sweet almonds, peach melba and creamy mille-feuille, with hints of toasted oak.
Finish: long and sophisticated, with gentle spices and comforting oak.
