Glenfiddich 23 Years Old Grand Cru 70cl 40°
Reference: 23857
The result of an exceptional maturation in barrels of Bourbon, sherry and French oak that has contained before unique wines from the Champagne region.
Glenfiddich 23 years old Grand Cru is the result of a new experiment by cellar master Brian Kinsman. This Single Malt is the culmination of an original association between the excellence of French wines with the legendary know-how of Scottish whiskey from Speyside.
This Grand Cru from Glenfiddich is thus a blend of whiskies aged at least 23 years in ex-Bourbon casks and ex-Sherry casks, before a final finish in French oak barrels containing exceptional wines from the Champagne region, where is from the best sparkling wines in the world.
The result is impressive of delicacy with a rare intensity of aromas of toasted bread, brioche, slightly lemony and floral.
