This 2006 Glenlivet Sherry Butt edition of our Ink # 1 S.V. range is a limited edition of 645 bottles, selected by our experts exclusively for Le Comptoir Irlandais.
The Glenlivet is a whisky produced since the early nineteenth century in Speyside. The distillery is isolated in the north of Scotland. Its character is sweet, complex and of great length in the mouth.
Our experts selected this Single Cask #901004 distilled in 2006 and aged in first fill Sherry Butt before bottling in 2019. We wanted it strength cask, without cold filtration and coloring, to restore its fantastic character.
Nearing 500 liters, Sherry Butt has impregnated the whisky with its colour and its gourmet aromas (nuts, chocolate, dried fruits, roasting).
