Nose: lively with aromas of green apple and vanilla giving way to poached pear, honey and a touch of cocoa, all enhanced by lime zest.

Palate: smooth and sweet with flavours of baked apple and grapefruit, which balance with subtle notes of black pepper and almonds which accompany sweet herbal notes and toasted oak.

Finish: light and slightly dry with the nuts that persist.
