Canerock Rum 70cl 40°
Canerock is made from traditional Jamaican rums distilled at the Clarendon and Long Pond distilleries.
It is infused with natural products and spices, appreciated in the culinary tradition of the island: vanilla from Madagascar, where the vanilla flowers are pollinated by hand and harvested using traditional methods, ginger, grown in the village from Wait-a-Bit and harvested 8-10 months after planting, and Caribbean coconut meat.
Canerock is then aged in oak barrels and aged for several additional months in old Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks providing a rich and unique character to Canerock.
It reveals sweet notes of vanilla, dried fruit and delicate tannins. Ageing in Sherry casks gives it rare length and complexity. We find the exotic sweetness and creamy texture of coconut, the spicy and woody notes of vanilla and ginger with a herbaceous and fresh touch that enhance everything.
