Macerated Takamaka Zepis Kreol is a unique blend of rums from Seychelles and Barbados with spices, created with the sensitivity and imagination of the Takamaka distillery.

Seychelles molasses rum has benefited from ageing with local spices and pressed wood fibres from ex-Merlot red wine barrels.

Barbados rum, distilled by Foursquare, has been aged for eight years.

After their assembly, the two rums have spent 60 days in old Bourbon casks before being bottled at 43%.

Takamaka Zepis Kreol has a deep aromatic palette with a rich nature, complemented by cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and the four spices.

Nose: complex profile, ranging from fresh cane juice to salted butter caramel. Vanilla and candied fruit appear over time.

Palate: round and rich, custard, brown sugar, dates, cocoa, and toffee.

Finish: on the roundness of cocoa and blond tobacco.
