On the occasion of the Maritime Festival of Brest 2024, Breiz'île unveils a rum punch arranged with strawberry from Plougastel and vanilla from Madagascar exclusively for Le Comptoir Irlandais.

Introduced in the 18th century by marine engineer Amédée François Frézier, the strawberry of Plougastel is now one of the emblems of Breton gastronomy. Cultivated and harvested on the peninsula of Plougastel, where the fertile clay soil and the exceptionally mild climate allow this gariguette strawberry to develop all its aromas, it blossoms during maceration with agricultural rum from Guadeloupe.

The vanilla pod from Madagascar added, this punch reveals a beautiful smoothness and delicate fruit flavors enhanced by a tangy and fresh note.
