This assortment features three recipes of delicious country terrines, presented in a pretty black box:

- Fig & Stag terrine: the stag meat is rich in flavour and is delicious combined with figs.

- Algae Country Terrine: pork terrine with subtle iodine notes. The perfect harmony between land and sea as this pâté has been cooked with seasoned algaes. This country-style pâté has been awarded a silver Medal at the Concours Général Agricole 2016 (the 2016 Paris General Agricultural Competition).

- Celtic Country Terrine: this pork terrine has a very subtle spicy taste. Exclusively created for Le Comptoir Irlandais, it has been cooked with a hint of whisky, onions and buckwheat.

- Terrine des Pays Celtes : cette terrine de porc offre un goût finement relevé. Cette recette a été réalisée exclusivement pour le Comptoir Irlandais, avec une légère pointe de whisky, d’oignons et de blé noir.

The story of the Ferme du Triskel (The Triskel Farm) began in 1968, in a small remote farm of Ille-et-Vilaine, France. The pig breeders wished to promote authentic farm products, produced according to controlled production methods and boasting their strong attachment to Brittany.

All year through, farm pigs are fed on cereals produced on site, in the respect of sustainable agriculture.

The company relies on the knowledge of a butcher specialized in canning to craft all of the delicious Breton terrines and rillettes, made without any conservatives or colourings. These original, gourmet recipes are kept secret and will delight friends and family for a snack or hearty meal.

Ingredients :

- Fig & Stag terrine: stag meat 50%, pork throat, cooked pork rind, figs 8%, onions, plum liqueur, red wine (sulphites), Guérande salt, black pepper, garlic, cardamom, thyme, laurel.

- Countrystyle Algae terrine: pork throat 60%, pork liver 26%, cooked pork rind, onions, coarse Guérande salt, dehydrated algae 0.7% (palmaria, palmata,  ulva sp. Porphyra sp), black pepper.

- Celtic Country terrine: pork ham meat, pig fat, cooked pork rind, onions, pure buckwheat whisky EDDU, roasted buckwheat, buckwheat flour, buckwheat bran, Guérande salt, black pepper, thyme, laurel.
